Welding seams with ultrasound – what’s behind it? The principle is simple: ultrasound generates mechanical vibrations and heat. This allows plastics to be melted and seams to be welded very quickly.

As a contract manufacturer, we work both manually and with fully automated equipment. The welding speed is up to 20 meters per minute. TEG’s automated ultrasonic welding machines can weld 2-8 layers.
